Another day of beautiful weather!

My hands and feet were cold all day, too bad its going to get back in the 90s next week. I was planning to take the kids to the park but I wanted to read and I don't have to pay as close attention to them at home. Maybe we'll go this weekend. I also want to go to Jump-Up on Monday, we haven't been in so long and Aiden's been asking to go anytime we drive near that area. I'd go all the time if I could but I don't like going without Steven, the other Moms are too cliquey for me. Its nice to finally be able to get them out of the house. The circus is here tonight and I wanted to take them til I looked up the prices- $17 per adult, ugh I'm so cheap! So instead we spent the whole day outside and celebrated getting our car paid off early with Papa Murphy's pizza. Today I wrote the very last check, I was so excited!

This morning I was reading Pinkalicious [that series of books is a favorite in this house, we have them all!] And on the part where she says "More, more more!" I saw Rian's little hands signing "more" it was SO cute, my eyes watered. Today somebody on facebook called her daughter Punky... hmm. Not like I own that nickname, but she posts like a million times a day and not once has she referred to her two-year-old as Punky. We've called Rian that since she was tiny. Eh whatever!

Our backyard always has hummingbirds now, I love it! They come right up to us if we're not moving or making a bunch of noise. I didn't realize I'd have so many around when I put up the feeder. They're so cute and fun to watch, they never bore me.

I got cold so I put on a swearshirt and knee-high socks because I didn't want to wear pants or sweats- fun!

I saw a thing on Pinterest to make colored ice cubes for the bathtub. They had fun with them for the two seconds they had them before they melted. They liked them though so I think I'll start making them for their drinks because these kids have to have ice in their water, spoiled! [This picture made me laugh, the purple cube is right by Ri's butt and it looks like a turd.]

I made the mistake of giving the kids a bath before dinner because Steven wasn't home with the pizza yet. BAD IDEA! Rian is a girl on a schedule and she was pissed at me for a good hour. Oops!
